Though the condition can eventually lead to disability, surgery is usually effective in reversing it. You should talk to your doctor about carrying on with your job after the operation. There is not a definite proof that any job would lead to finger triggering returning. But tension can cause it in the beginning and may also cause it to come back in certain careers.
